I offer mindfulness courses for beginners and deeper dives for adults wishing to learn mindfulness, as well as those wishing to deepen their practice, to explore other areas of their life mindfully, hand in hand. Some of the areas I bring in are The Brahmaviharãs (the highest most enlightened states of being), self-compassion, impermanence, gratitude, cittã and ethics. How to Navigate Heartfully in this world, Mindful menopause, Mindful parenting, Educating mindfully, Taming the Tiger - meeting anger, Trauma and Healing, Caring for the World, Forgiveness.
